With the support of the Arbitration Court of the Bolzano Chamber of Commerce, disputants will have the oppportunitiy to arrrive at a fair agreement avoiding large legal fees and complex courtroom procedures.

The chamber of Commerce offers three different methods of dispute resolution:

• Arbitration procedure;
• Arbitration survey;
• Business contract survey.

The rules of procedure are avaiable only in German and Italian.
